I'm even more impressed with your customer service. I ordered the candelabra via the internet at 10 p.m. Monday night. The next day, Tuesday, at 2 p.m., I received an email from FedEx that they'd already picked it up (excellently packed, by the way). They also provided a very easy to use tracking link that directly displayed the package's progress. It was picked-up from you in South Carolina on Tuesday and delivered to me in Illinois today, Thursday.
